En suivant l’ordre chronologique, la présentation des livres sapientiaux de la Bible traverse les époques perse (Job et Proverbes), grecque (Qohélet et Ben Sira) et romaine (Sagesse de Salomon), et termine par la personne de Jésus. À chacune de ces étapes, la confrontation avec le courant apocalyptique permet d’insister sur ce qui oppose les sages à l’apocalyptique.
Contemporaneity between wisdom and the Apocalyptic
Following chronological order, the presentation of the sapiential books of the Bible runs through the Persian (Job and Proverbs), Greek (Quoheleth and Ecclesiasticus) and Roman eras (Song of Songs), ending in the person of Jesus. In each of these stages, the confrontation with the Apocalyptic current enables us to highlight the elements opposing the Sages to the Apocalyptic.
